Lenny Schmidt has been a traveling Stand-up Comedian for over thirty years. In "Total Schmidt Show", Lenny sits and chats with other entertainers he runs in to as he travels. Comedians, singers, dancers, singers, song writers, magicians.... everyone who has built a career traveling and performing live on stages, cruise ships, theaters, TV, film, comedy clubs, concert halls, bar mitzvahs, strip clubs, or alleys. Some you will know. Some you will not. We shine a light on the working (not famous) live entertainer.
TSS was inspired by Lenny's previous podcast, "Quarantine Comedy", During the pandemic, Lenny spoke with other live performers about how they got through that difficult time. Everything from Zoom shows, Parking lot comedy, and streaming concerts.

3TSS133 has Jason Ostrowski as our guest. I literally met him the night before we recorded this. I usually like to met someone, hang with them, see their show... did not happen here. However, I knew after dinner we were good. Great cat. Has a couple of different shows. Brought his Elton John tribute here. I caught some of it online (links below) This episode is over an hour, and I lost 35 minutes of footage so it could have been longer. Man, it was s great talk. He's got some pretty remarkable stories. We recroded this yet again at the "Alaskan Bar" in the Alaskan Hotel" 167 South Franklin in Juneau. Great bar I've mentioned quite a few times. I record there as much as possible. The sound is a little wonky. Had a bit of a mixing issue, I am (of course) blaming my tech team at Westview Middle School.
