Lenny Schmidt has been a traveling Stand-up Comedian for over thirty years. In "Total Schmidt Show", Lenny sits and chats with other entertainers he runs in to as he travels. Comedians, singers, dancers, singers, song writers, magicians.... everyone who has built a career traveling and performing live on stages, cruise ships, theaters, TV, film, comedy clubs, concert halls, bar mitzvahs, strip clubs, or alleys. Some you will know. Some you will not. We shine a light on the working (not famous) live entertainer.
TSS was inspired by Lenny's previous podcast, "Quarantine Comedy", During the pandemic, Lenny spoke with other live performers about how they got through that difficult time. Everything from Zoom shows, Parking lot comedy, and streaming concerts.

All the way from Vegas, Baby!!
Did a crossing with Sam Holder.... who was on board with "December '63", a Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons tribute show. This is a shorter episode because, well, we we're having trouble finding a good place to sit down and record. However, we got into alot. Sam is a smart cat and a seasoned professional. Got to get in and breakdown a lot of what going on in the music biz these days. He really knows his stuff. It was great to talk to him. Wish we had more time. Sam also has three of his own Guest Entertainer shows. "Sam sings the Sam's" is a great hook.
Sam spends more time in Vegas than on the sea. We discuss the cool supportive part of the Vegas scene. Has his hands in quite a few shows. Even nominated for stage awards. He's probably to good for this show. Either way, I suggest you go see him.
